Internet ordering, traditional service

Our online shop is very easy to use. It lets you browse our learning resources and place your order instantly by email. We then process the order and take payment in the conventional way. We do not currently accept online credit card payments.

It works like this:

1. View our resources and select the items that you want to place in your shopping basket.
2. When you have made your selection, fill in your personal details on the Order Form and click 'proceed' then 'order items' to email us.
3. When we receive your order we will process it in the conventional way. We will invoice you or request payment in advance of despatch, depending on circumstances.

Please note the following:

Currency
All prices are quoted in £sterling.

VAT
VAT at the current rate of 17.5% will be added to your order where VAT applies (UK and EC countries). Depending on where you are located and whether you have a registered VAT number (within the EC) VAT may not be added to your order.

Despatch Costs
When we receive your order, we will estimate despatch costs and notify you.

Import Duty
You will be responsible for any import duty that may be incurred.

Geography
Our e-shop is linked to our offices in York, England. Like us, our sister organisations in the US and Australia also offer online services and executive training resources to build interpersonal skills, and improve overall effectiveness.
