In-company

Our learning and development team offer a range of in-company programmes using the Margerison-McCann Profiles for personal and team development.

If you are looking to accredit a number of people (up to 14), you can save time and money by having an in-house workshop tailored to the needs of your organisation, usually lasting two days.

Accelerate results

Designed to address your own workplace issues, this is a great way of focusing on your development objectives and putting together concrete action plans to take them forward.

Accreditation takes place at the location and date of your choice, with the venue provided by you.

You can combine our Team Management Profile programme with additional Profiles from the Margerison-McCann Team Management Systems suite.

In-company accreditation starts from £900 + VAT per person (plus programme leader expenses and courier costs) for a minimum of 6 and maximum of 14 participants at a location of your choice. Please call us to discuss smaller group options and prices.
