Our learning and development team offer a range of in-company tailored programmes using the Margerison-McCann Profiles for personal and team development.

These are ideal if you are looking to accredit a number of people and are looking for a cost-effective solution, or are working to tight deadlines.

In-company

Our learning and development team can design accreditation to match your programme goals. Your team will also benefit from a development session, at a date to suit you. You can combine Team Management Profile accreditation with other Profiles from the Margerison-McCann suite to suit your situation.

Costs for tailored accreditation start from £900 + VAT per person (plus tutor expenses and courier costs) for a minimum of 6 and maximum of 14 participants at a location of your choice. Costs can vary depending on the degree of customisation, duration of the event and location.

One-to-one and small groups

By choosing tailored accreditation, you can link your learning more closely to your programme goals, and work at your own pace. We offer one-to-one and small group accreditation either at our offices in York or at a location of your choice.
