With over 20 years' experience in financial services for the London banking and insurance markets, Glen shared his insights into the use of the Team Management Profile to deliver new integrated business teams during a competitor takeover.

Graham & Helen talked about how they have worked with Nestlé Waters to develop their 'management essentials programmes' incorporating the Team Management Profile. These are part of a number of initiatives to build excellent people management capability within Nestlé Waters and, in particular, to build a coaching approach to management style.

Anton presented his experiences of using the Team Management Profile to develop competencies around process leadership and to retain senior level talent.
