NEW facilitation services for Network Members

To make it even easier to administer our Team Management Profile programmes, we have added some new functions to the facilitator area of www.tmsquestionnaires.com, our dedicated online Questionnaires website for accredited Network Members.

You can keep track of who has completed Questionnaires online, send invitation and reminder emails and order TMS support materials for your interventions. To access these new facilities, just log in using your existing username and password and follow the menu options.

As an enhancement to our existing bureau service, from 5 January, all Questionnaires we receive will automatically be encrypted for added data security. Profiling success stories at the HR Leaders' Forum

TMSDI accredited speakers presented at the recent HR Leaders' Forum organised by Human Resources magazine.

Tony Highland of Barclays and David Durkin talked about their experiences of using the Margerison-McCann Profiles to boost sales performance through teamwork, while the 'Ice Man', Sean Chapple, explored how he has used the Team Management Profile with extreme teams to conquer the Poles.

New eBooks by Dr Dick McCann

Team Management Profile co-author, Dr Dick McCann, has published a new series of learning and development eBooks, now available in our eShop, which explore how the TMS Profiles can be used for key issues from working with teams and leadership, to dealing with risk and values in the workplace.

Talent, Teams and Leaders event for Network Members

Accredited members of the TMSDI Network enjoyed a networking lunch and peer presentations on the theme of Talent, Teams and Leaders at our recent London Network Forum in October.

Sessions from users of the Team Management Profile included: delivering integrated business teams during a competitor takeover in the financial services, working with Nestlé Waters to develop their 'management essentials’ programmes, developing competencies around process leadership and retaining senior level talent. TMS Learning and Development Consultant, Rachel Holmes, shared some of her most successful session designs.

Our next forum, exclusively for network members, takes place on Wednesday 18 March 2009 in central London.
